Hands On Service
Every venue is different. Our team tailors the VFS service to your specific operational requirements and integrates it directly with your existing back-end ticketing system. The only change on your side is a simple API call. This minimises disruption, reduces implementation risk, and protects continuity of service. Our team are on call at all times to make sure you get high quality support.
Flexible System for Flexible Venues
Our system is designed to be updatable with ease. This is valuable if your venue has multiple seating configurations or various shows with large amounts of scenery. When you update your ticket map, we update the VFS renders.
Compelling Visuals
Our VFS models are highest industry quality, built by artists rather than a scan. This allows us to have high quality ray-traced lighting and material textures that create the most compelling and life like renders. Scans are used only to validate the accurancy of this model. We also give the option to have virtual people giving the views more atmosphere which cannot be done with scans or photography.
Why View From Seat?
A View From Seat service is comprised of 360 degree views from each seat in a venue which are hosted on a server and accessed with an API call from your existing ticketing platform. This service is proven to increase ticket revenues.
Increased Ticket Revenues
Customers can see exactly what they are buying, which removes uncertainty at the point of purchase. This increased confidence directly improves conversion rates compared to venues without View From Seat.
“Restricted view” seats are often rejected due to perception rather than reality. By showing the true extent of any restriction, VFS replaces assumption with clarity. More accurate visual information leads to higher seat utilisation and fewer abandoned purchases.
Premium seats also have a higher conversion rate as the clarity of information gives confidence on the premium view from the seat.
People buy with their eyes. Our renders are carefully art-directed to balance accuracy with excitement, helping customers feel confident and positively anticipate the live experience.
Effortless On Boarding Process
1.1 We begin by carrying out a LiDAR scan of your auditorium. We only need a few hours to complete this. This is to gain accurate dimensions of the auditorium.
1.2 This scan is combined with any existing design information (drawings, seating plans, BIM models where available) to model verified digital twin of your venue. Accuracy is guaranteed to within a few centimetres.
1.3 From this digital twin, we can accurately light the space and dress the auditorium with show scenery where required.
1.4 If your venue is pre-construction, we use the BIM information as the basis of our digital model and verify it once the venue is built.

2.1 First we validate renders from each key area of the auditorium with you and the architect if required.
2.2 Once these are signed off, we proceed to full render production.
2.3 Every seat is rendered in two formats:
- A high-quality framed render
- A 360° interactive view
2.4 Each seat is tagged with a unique ID that links directly to the existing back end of your ticketing system.
3.1 We provide you with an API call that adds a VFS window directly into your current seat-selection modal. You get a static and 360° renders for every available seat. We have designed this to integrate with existing ticketing platforms.
3.4 We fully test the integration before going live to ensure:
- Seat codes map correctly.
- Load times are best available.
- The customer experience is seamless.

No Risk Fee Model
Fees
Onboarding is free of charge. For this we ask that a contract is signed that promises you are committed to implementing our system for at least 1 year.
We charge a percentage of the ticket sales only on tickets purchased after a customer views a 360 seat render and completes a purchase.
This gives you:
- No upfront cost
- No fixed fees
- No risk
You only pay when the system demonstrably adds value.
