Will Priest RIBA ARB // Managing Director

Will Priest is Managing Director of Dematerial Venues. Founded in 2020, Dematerial Venues was established to meet the growing demand from the entertainment sector for advanced 3D digital services that support de-risking design development, fundraising, and marketing services.

Will previously worked as a lead architect at Haworth Tompkins, one of the UK’s foremost venue design practices, where he played a role in delivering some of the country’s most ambitious cultural and entertainment projects. Alongside project delivery, Will developed internal digital tools and workflows that accelerated design processes and raised the quality and consistency of design output - experience that now underpins Dematerial Venues’ approach to service and innovation.

Will is also a GA-trained product manager, bringing a product-led mindset to client challenges - combining design, technology, and strategy to develop solutions that directly support project and commercial objectives.
